Brauhaus Fritz
What better afternoon pick- me-up than a “Coffee Infused Oatmeal Stout”. 4.4% of Double Ristretto and sweet and thick creamy Black Rock Oatmeal Stout magic. 7

It was so good.8 month in the bottle. I have this little dungeon under the stairs where I started off brewing and now store my beer. It is the coldest place in my house, and now I store most of my beer there, about 17 milk crates. Once in a while I find some delicious drops I forgot about. Right now I have a Coopers recipe Maple Mountain Brown Ale which is only 2 months old and it’s soo good. Classic Brewing Co
Well sad day I just realised I only have 6 x Longnecks & 2 Grolsch bottles of this Coopers Pale Ale, but the Bavarian Wheat beer is ready followed by an English Bitter & a Real Ale, so I had better drink slowly & switch to a red. By the way it is very nice. Edited March 11, 2022 by Classic Brewing Co 7

Thank you for the kind words mate, I am lucky enough to have the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g phone which boasts a 102mp front camera & has awesome settings to take all different types of shots, it really is easy to take great shots.

MitchBastard
Not home brewing related sorry gang but a cool moment for me none the less. The bosses at work allowed me to brew a beer for tap room release. Keeping it Belgian I put down my tried and true saison recipe. Currently pouring at Madocke Beer Brewing on the Gold Coast. The Acre Saison 19

stquinto
Back in the bunker with a Coopers Sparkling. This one wasn’t a gusher at least The way things are going in this neck of the woods I might have to do a reorg on the bunker to make it fit for the original (nuclear) purpose So long as I don’t forget a corkscrew I’ll go down blotto at least 3 2

stquinto
Anchor Beer this time: panning out quite nicely, good colour, quite crisp but still with some estery flavours, presumably from the yeast. I’ll leave it a few more weeks to mellow out the esters

Classic Brewing Co
BAVARIAN WHEAT BEER I was concerned about the Longnecks of this wheat beer because it is only 2 1/2 weeks old, I have posted a shot of the 500ml bottles & they were fine, the point is I prime both size bottles with the same amount of sugar-6grams but the longnecks are lively & ready to drink.
