Close to the shores of "The Place Of Thunder", inside the little Beer Dungeon is the birthplace of Brauhaus Fritz, a place, a dream, an institution founded with the desire to create Liquid Marveliciousness.

I am planning a sour soon using Wai-iti hops.  They are supposed to be good for this style because of their low alpha acid content.  You can do a long boil without extracting massive bitterness.

Looks nice enough, but the overly generous use of Pacific Gem has resulted in a sharp, woody bitterness which is quite unpleasant!

Golden Ale built on an OS lager can and featuring Gladfield Toffee malt.

English-style Best Bitter using Gladfield Aurora malt in place of the usual crystal malts etc.
