brilliant work. How did it taste? I love the base note of coffee in stout

It was really nice for a k&k brew, Two cans of Black Rock Oatmeal Stout and a double shot of fresh ristretto from my espresso Maschine into the wort. Very nice head, good mouthfeel, slightly bitter, slightly sweet with a subtle coffee flavour. Could have been a bit thicker and a bit higher Abv, but for my 14th brew I was very happy with it. Matured nicely, was probably the best after three months.

Nice work. Once I am up to speed I am hoping to do the same sort of things, I need to do a few basics before I hit anything off the path. I do have a magic coffee machine

Doing my first Stout at the moment.

At what stage did you add the coffee and oat stout? toward the end?

The coffee went straight in the FV in the beginning with the two cans of Black Rock Oatmeal Stout
