Lab Cat
Coopers pale. A little citrusy for me at 2.5 weeks, but it'll mellow. Can you guess what's in it?

Looking forward to a REUSE and warmer temps to see what it brings. This one finished rather dry but is still quite matly tasting. RDT2
My AG Victoria Secret IPA is delicious with heaps of tropical flavour and aroma. This hop is awesome and worked well in my opinion as the bittering hop as well at approx 56IBUs cheers

He probably left it in gear As I predicted, it blew dry. Got another glass after that one then the one after got the splutters. Nothing is in the fermenter either, just had shit work hours and been busy organising the solar system installation. But this week I'm going to get a piece of plywood for the other fridge and then dad and I will cut it to size next weekend. Then I'll get another FV and the two FV production can begin. Brew day tomorrow too.
James Lao
5 days in the keg and my Simcoe, Citra , Mosaic IPA is hitting the spot!! Really like the piney flavour that the Simcoe is bringing to this one. I usually use Chinook which I get more of a peppery flavour compared to the pine and citrus of the Simcoe this time. Hoppy days! Cheers James Edited October 12, 2019 by James Lao
