I can fill it immediately.
stquinto
Tried a few London ales (and some random ales/IPAs on tap) but my favourite is the Kentish one - Spitfire Oh, and a random dog 8

Personally….. probably the best tank of beer we’ve done this year. I quite liked it. It certainly is a Belgian. Sweet, malty, hints of chocolate and fruit, good bitterness and heavy as hell 1

A great natural reinheitsgebot Brew and one Coopers and Australia can be proud of! @Coopers DIY Beer Team Frank and Team - can you guys advise whereabouts the Malts come from... in Aussie? Growing Regions? Sorta thinking that they might be South Aussie... And what range of malts and hops you use - if it is not a Company Secret... It just is such a Benchmark of Aussie Beer : ) All of the ale, pale, and wheat malts used to brew our beers and extract products is produced onsite from barley grown in South Australia. We don't have a roaster yet, so we are still buying in our specialty malts (crystal and roast malt). Cheers, Frank.

stquinto
On the way back from London. Went to pay my respects to Good Queen Bess. I know a lot of you fellas are more on the republican side but different strokes for different folks (doesn’t change the beer we make) Us Poms love a spot of queuing as you can see below. The Australian High Commissioner turned up to Buck Palace too The Australian War Memorial is close by as well Edited September 12, 2022 by stquinto Typo 8
Classic Brewing Co
Bargain Day I dropped into BWS for a six pack of something & found this, last one left, normally $23.50 but on sale for $10.00 !! I couldn't leave it there for that so here we are. It is actually not bad easy drinking, nice & clear, well balanced, hoppy & clean finish. I wouldn't buy it for the full price but hell that's only $1.67 a stubby. QUOTE: Cracka Yak is Yak Brewing's new Craft Lager. This beer is tasty but not weighty, thanks to a perfect balance of selected hops and pale Australian malts. Smooth, refreshing and ideal for sessions in the sun, it's why Aussies from Oodnadatta to Aramac are frothing to crack open this Yak! 4

Tricky Micky
Work function at the Moon Dog Brewery in Melbourne. Juicy Pale Ale @ 5.00% ABV went okay......A lot to choose from though
Brauhaus Fritz
Tried this one last night. It is a really nice beer, very clean and smooth, but reminded me more of a Bock, much sweeter than the Sheaf Stout. Wouldn't get it again if I feel like a stout, it's just too clean and smooth 5
Brauhaus Fritz
Went for the classics today, found it in the bottle shop next to the Sheaf and the Hawkesbury Stout. Not a bad drop at all for being made for the first time in 1869. Lacks a bit of head retention but with only 4.4% its an easy drink. Might get it again when I go to grab more of the Sheaf Stout 7
