As other have said it is a great yeast, perfect for brewing at ambient temperatures, Kveik likes it hot, even gives you beer a different flavour depending on your other additions, try it out Jenny I have used it in lot's of Pale Ales.
MitchBastard
Currently cold crashing the strawberry gose. Not a bad beer to be honest. Not very familiar with the style but it delivers what it’s meant to in terms of balance. Sweetness from the strawberries. Tartness from the Philly sour yeast and a thirst enducing moreness from the sea salt. I was thinking the saltiness would actually be drowned out by the strawberries and lactic but alas she’s there in full force. Carbed up and on tap this week.
DavidM
Busy few day for me. Bottled a Coopers Real Ale. Was going to have a crack at the Eclipse Pale Ale but shop didn't have Eclipse, so it's Galaxy Pale. First time using the Wheat Malt Extract tin, added 300g of Golden Oats steeped, 30g of Galaxy Hops steeped. And a Coopers Pale onto the dirty batch of the Real Ale K&K with Light dry Malt and 300g of Carapils steeped, 30g Bravo hops, thrown in at the end of the boil. Building up stocks for a visit from my Son in July..

I can imagine that being a tad of a challenge. No not lifting it @Aussiekraut, I gave this a bit of thought before buying it. ‘So I’m going to fill it from my 2 cubes with my racking cane whilst it’s in the fridge so no lifting. ‘Then when fermented I’ll rack it out to my kegs, so no grunt work required. ‘That’s my theory behind it so hope it works, my racking cane is pretty good so fingers crossed. 4
