I always gab a few of the wet hopped beers as a comparison to mine as the hops are sourced not far from where we are. Damn tasty but boozy. Hey Maurice, I have been there, not for a while but it is a great place & I love their Artwork on the cans. Pretty high ABV's !! Last time I was there the food was good.

Was at a wedding across the road from the hotel/brewery and was drinkinhg the pale ale. Great drop. Then progressed to the hotel and the old time set up (exposed sandstone, timber beams etc ) is awesome.

ozdevil
COCONSPIRITORSThe Matriach NEW England IPANot overly sold on this one, just something does not balance right for me for a neipa it seems to be a bit watered down to meet the 6.5% they was after and to try and hide the alcahol in it it certainly gives a nice bittering taste which is hiding alot of the tropical notes and the stone fruit Loved the Aroma from this and thought wow i hope the aroma is going to give that flavour I certainly after a few more mouth ful i ventually got the stone fruit to shine however though it is drinkable and i would rate it a 6/10
RepSpec
https://www.beercartel.com.au/hope-sunny-boy-2-0-pine-lime-super-sour/ Had 2 of these off tap yesterday at "Bogurks" in Edithvale (vic). New bar selling only Craft stuff, takeways and will be doing pizzas soon. Great place, great blokes to chat to. Back to the beer... Holy Sheet! What a beer. (didnt get any photos) But super sour, tart, and wouldnt even know it was 9%. Perfect beer for the sour lovers!

I certainly don't it reminds me of vinegar. That's just me. Each to their own.

Hilltop hops
Local NEIPA, should have checked the date. Not as fresh as it should be.

I have seen that at the Highway ( Thirsty Camel Bottle shop ) as they quite often have Craft Beer Specials but never tried it, as you say that is probably the reason to clear old stock. In fact I didn't know there was a Brewery at Happy Valley.

Hairy
I’m currently in Dubbo and sampled some local beers. This was a really great pale ale. Pleasantly surprised. I drove past the brewery on the way in and it looked pretty cool. 2
