Mosaic Pale Ale. Kegged last night. I'll admit I force carbed as an experiment. I'm glad I did. What a lovely creamy beer. Mosaic comes out beautifully with a nice round bitterness. This keg won't last long. A recipe that's going in my stable. This beer reminds me of why I love home brewing. I'm arriving.

Real IPA from the keg. Very happy with it but I need the fridge space. A bit difficult to skull to empty the keg as it comes in at 6.5% 😬

Hazy Pale Ale. Weyerman Pale Malt. Oats. Cashmere and Ekuanot hops. Lally Verdant IPA yeast. Continuing my good form this is delicious. 5.8 % packing a punch. These hops are great. Very floral smell but perfect bitterness. Another one for the stable. This beer a little bit lighter in colour to my Mosaic. Didn't use any crystal.

My Mosaic Pale Ale, poured out from a dreg bottle after I'd finished kegging. Holy Moly this is delicious. There's a tiny hint of sulphur as though it was a lager yeast brewed beer. Which is weird. Used Lallemand South Coast for this beer. It's very unique and a good beer. I think Lallemand yeasts are now very much at the top of my list. Always produce results.

One of my more underwhelming brews. It's the Really Satisfies Stout from the Recipe of the month a couple (?) of years back.

Still got a couple left. I get one out every now and then hoping it's a bit better.  One more left.

Half carbed this one for longer storage but it always stayed half carbed.

. Slightly sweet residue but it’ll be ok I hope…

I’m thinking the dissolved sugar and F2 yeast I put in the keg for the conditioning hasn’t finished working. If it’s not too late I’ll take it out of the fridge and put it back in the boiler room at about 23 degrees for a fortnight

AG Samuel Adam’s Boston Lager, still going for over a month in the keg, really ticks all the boxes for me, very nice brew.

Looks amazing mate. I did a BIAB version but didn’t get the nice amber colour as that. Will try it again
