Pale ale is in the keg as of about five hours ago on about 45psi which I'll turn off in the morning before I go to golf. Should be ready to have a sample when I get home again. The obligatory fermenter taste test was good. Nice level of bitterness this time, I reckon the hop sock spider definitely allows more extraction from the hops than the stainless one. Perhaps the ability to squeeze it out helps as well as it moving around during the boil.

hey all   

kegged  my juicy neipa and  riggers black ipa  yesterday   and both are tasting delishious and now on the slow carbing  at around 12psi   and first beer should be ready to pour next Friday   

great seeing kegs in the kegerator again
