Yeah I have to admit we have come a long way since those days, I don't recall your Mum but you never no 🤣 tell her I said hi anyway.

Hope everything slot's into to place for you Captain.

I was told Margaret River was the place for Craft Beer.

Ill tell her you said Hi. So glad I actually know my dad. Not sure for the two oldest kids......

Margs Is just done the road for me. often day trip for surfing and beers. quality in that region is sparse though Classic. Its getting better though. The longest running and original brewery in the area has long gone the tile of best in the region and can't keep up.

Raspberry Sour nearly 3 months in the keg. Well haven’t had this beer for probably a couple of months as was saving it for the wife so I had a glass tonight when I poured her a half glass and it is bloody awesome. Beautiful raspberry aroma even I can tell it’s raspberries and just enough sour really good!

I’d heard rumours of this. I do love me a diastatic baddie but I’m sure this has its place. Would be keen to see what esters it throws….

Kegs empty Wheatie all gone... Choccy Wocc and Paleo Mozz still a week to go... back to searching for survivors... Woooohooo a couple of overflow (not fit in keg) bottles of the Sparkly Amber were found:

And to me it proves that you can make great beer in Bottles : )

Has a lovely velvety texture it seems 😋

Better to have something in a bottle than nothing at all.

First taste of my next batch of Coopers Pale Ale

It has a nice tang to it, might be the PoR Hops.

I Like, this will be a regular.

Now I wish I put more than one in the fridge!

(Cold out, inside crap Photo)
