No real big deal but this was Medallions of Rump Steak, Rocket Salad & Chips - I forgot to include the gravy boat with the Red Wine, Mushroom & Garlic Gravy 😬 It tasted alright for a quick knock up meal on a Thursday night.

Looks great to me mate.

This was really tasty - and a little bit hot. 🌶️

Yam Ma Maung (sour mango salad) Followed by a little  chicken, prawn, vege stir fry.

Pasta... dry Egg Fettucine not mine... but yum... and with Swiss Browns (aussie mushroom) whether they have an ounce to do with Switzer WTFF who knows... @stquinto Sainter you may be able to advise whether there is such a thing as Swiss Browns in Switzer haha?  ; )

They are firmer, more tasty, more brown, and more expensive than normal everyday Cham Ping Pongs ; )

And yeah some smokey Bacon, lotsa Butter, some of the Rosé posted earlier... and then Egg Yolks.. . Black Pepps and late on some fresh Thyme and chopped roasted Macadamias for taste and nice crunchy texture : )

Oh yeah - a sprinkle of nice Aussie Olive Chilli Oil to finish ; )

Of course could do Pecorino or some festive hard freshly grated - but it was pretty good as it was : )

Cheers Brewers and ye Cheffing Legends : )
