Tone boy Posted December 20, 2022 Share Posted December 20, 2022 Been thinking about doing a sour beer lately. Thought I’d try some before I make 10 litres of the stuff. This one is like a cross between cider, wine and beer. Is definitely sour but not overly so. It’s not horrible.
