Very good hop aroma, simcoe is prominent and tops. Are you Jesting with me? So BERRY good. Berry berry berry. Gday @Ben 10 the Silent Knight was very disappointing when i tried it on tap, not sure what went wrong, if i see a can ill give it another go Edited July 20, 2019 by grogdog
The Captain!!
An absolute cracker of a beer, especially after a full day on the snow.

The Captain!!
So I finally found a NEIPA that is any good, or at least how I would expect a NEIPA to be. Soft and fruity. I went back for a number of these ones. Well done Mount Brewing Co. If you ever get a chance to get a hold of this, do yourself a favour. Also if your in the vicinity of Tauranga NZ, get down to Our Place for a taste of anything you desire. My brother in law loves the stuff but I haven’t had them for ages. I forget how much I like it. I used to enjoy the XXX Sparkling Ale that you could only get at the XXXX Brewery at Milton. Hated working a 5 minute walk from there. Building up a few glass tallies for my stout for next year

Otto Von Blotto
I drive past there sometimes. You can always tell when they're doing a wort boil. The smell wafts over Milton like a bad fart fills a room. Edited August 5, 2019 by Otto Von Blotto

Pretty good on tap fresh at the brewery though, but unfortunately many 000s of kms away. Cheers, John PS I decided to crack one of these tonight. Was really good.

That’s a BIG NUT! i think the only reason I’d come to Canberra is to visit that brewery. Ha ha ha i love trying new things but whenever beers are from the east it just lets me down due to freshness. Usually.

Shamus O'Sean
Last night's tipple - Holgate 600 Above Citrus Saison Clean funky aroma. Reflected in the taste, but turned up a notch or two. Subtle fruit flavours
Shamus O'Sean
Tonight's Delectation - Exit Scotch Ale Port-like aroma, with malt hints. Full malty, biscuity taste and lightly carbonated. Yum.

Still makes me laugh when I ask at a bottle shop if they have any Saison’s and you get that completely blank look on the face. 1
