Well, I got it working, but it needs a bit of work on cellaring /pouring for me

Easy drinking, probably difficult for you to imagine a beer served at 10 degrees or more 😉

I've always pined for an English Ale poured by hand pump like that.

Tried what Im confused??

OK, at the Brew Factory Para Hills they have beers on tap & that's one that I tried, I also had one of my kegs filled with the same hop in an IPA for &75.00. not the ideal situation but I needed a keg on tap this weekend.

Now that I am stocking up on grain, I will be blitzing the AG brews.

I'm lost here.

Phil, a.k.a. Classic Brewing Co, was asking a couple of days ago if anybody had used Superdelic hops. I saw you mention them and rather than go searching around the forum to find which thread the question was asked in it seemed easier to quote you and tag Phil in.

Not kegging, but bottling time.  This is the Coopers 2023 Vintage Ale ROTM.

Finished at 7.2% including bottle priming.  Actually, the Coopers bottles were primed with 1 teaspoon of sugar, for aging, and the CUB bottles with 2 carbonation drops, for drinking earlier.  So the CUB's will be around 7.2% and the Coopers probably 7.0%.

The sample tasted reasonably fruity for a strong ale.
