Well I bought a 4 pack of this bad boy today ( public holiday in SEQLD )

Very very nice, good mouthfeel and fruity texture.
Would like to have a crack at this, 6.2 ABV.
Not much of a beer critic, good or bad (commercial mega swill excluded ) but this is a bloody nice beer on a sunny Qld afternoon.

Never heard of the hops Ahtanum & Strata ? Has anyone used these ?
Congrats Coopers, this is a cracker 🍺🍺

Cheers RD44 🍺🍺

I have been alternating between the house pale ale ( Hopping Flights - wishfully )with Vienna malt instead of Munich, with lemondrop hotside and falconers flight dry hopped and a brew I named Berserker Juice. I am in pig heaven right now. I am sure when the batch in the fermenter is done CC one of these will blow...Probably both within a glass of each other. Oh well, no need to be pessimistic and just enjoy it while I can.

Just a bit of friendly banter mate!!

30 years is too long to wait for any fan, I hope it’s not another 30 till we win the Premier League again.

Anyway back to the beer!!

Cheers

James

All good mate, disrupted season for obvious reasons but you guys deserved the title.

Yep

The old story was - if you want to catch the latest Flu - got to the ECCA on People's Day - the Wednesday holiday.....  : )

Mmmmm.... maybe that is now why the big social events are shut down hey?

German Wheat. 20 ibu of Amarillo early with 3333 yeast.

WOW. SO fruity and orangey....

Congrats on the beer. 👍

I'm glad to hear someone finally bit the bullet & did a wheat beer with the 3333. It's a terrific wheat beer yeast.

Mind is blown. The same recipe is in the FV but with 3942, well keen to see the difference.

As usual I'll then brew whatever with the yeast, White IPAs, ale, stouts who cares???
