Would like to have a crack at this, 6.2 ABV. Not much of a beer critic, good or bad (commercial mega swill excluded ) but this is a bloody nice beer on a sunny Qld afternoon. Never heard of the hops Ahtanum & Strata ? Has anyone used these ? Congrats Coopers, this is a cracker Cheers RD44 Nice looking beer - shame about the glass it’s in! 1
Norris!
I have been alternating between the house pale ale ( Hopping Flights - wishfully )with Vienna malt instead of Munich, with lemondrop hotside and falconers flight dry hopped and a brew I named Berserker Juice. I am in pig heaven right now. I am sure when the batch in the fermenter is done CC one of these will blow...Probably both within a glass of each other. Oh well, no need to be pessimistic and just enjoy it while I can. 1

The same recipe is in the FV but with 3942, well keen to see the difference.
