Brewers All Today's - well last night's tasting: The below Capital Brewing Rock Hopper IPA comes in at a reasonable ABV of 6.1% and is delectable... got it at an eatery on Tap and was v tasty with lovely hoppy freshness reminiscent of a nice crispy AG with good amount of bitterness and floral tones with late hopping... Cap Brew notes it is hopped with Chinook Centennial and Amarillo. Had 3 and coulda had 23 I reckon except for the pricing severity : | Very nice with tasty dumplings and nice spicy dipping sauce meh ; ) Reckon I might try that hopping combo tho one day... Cheers All!

Don't usually have mine for Breakfast but maybe after midnight such a brew might be classified as brekki? With apologies to @PaddyBrew2 Paddy who knows how to pour a lovely Stout and to the Bishop for his Collar !?! ; ) 2

The other thing I couldn't believe last night was the blow off hose coming out of one of the fermenters into a 20l bucket of water. The thing was literally like it was on the boil - no idea what was fermenting in there but it sure was active! This was coming out of what looked like a 2 inch ID hose too!
Shamus O'Sean
Two Birds Brewing - Easy Duz It Session IPA Light tropical notes. The glass is good for concentrating the aroma. The can says Ella and Enigma. Pretty robust flavour for a 4% beer. Tastes like late hop bitterness.

Shamus O'Sean
Bridge Road Brewers - Celtic Red Ale Huge malty aroma. Woody also rich cake-like Malty and flavoursome. A bit like Christmas pudding. Fine bubbles on top. Smooth mouthfeel. A smashing beer.
Aussiekraut
Newstead Dry Stout. Not bad. Not too heavy, suitably bodied with hints of chocolate and coffee.
Shamus O'Sean
Epic Brewing - Thunder APA Strong boiled lolly aroma. How else would I describe this. Sweet, caramelly? Bold bitterness. Similar sweet flavour. Would this be from a good concentration of Crystal Malt? Not sure I could drink lots of these. It tastes quite rich.
ben 10
Southwark Stout.. what a bloody beauty. How is this even real? A must try for everyone, the most approachable beer there is, a classic.

Beerlust
I bit the bullet, the hefty price tag, & bought one of these... If you love American styled IPA's, & money is no object in buying or brewing one, you'd make & drink something very close to this all the time for the style. My wallet is still in shock, my pallet won't forget it anytime soon. A beast of a beer, & ridiculously good (IMHO)! Lusty.

Shamus O'Sean
Murky, but bright colour. No point pouring this one slowly. Aroma makes me drool. Oranges, pineapple, lemon. Really bitter taste. Still drooling though. Zesty on the tongue. A sipping beer fur shur.
