Not me!!! (I am not a horse btw)

Me too Benny - just blllooody perfect amount of ABV there....

Brewers All Today's - well last night's tasting:

The below Capital Brewing Rock Hopper IPA comes in at a reasonable ABV of 6.1% and is delectable... got it at an eatery on Tap and was v tasty with lovely hoppy freshness reminiscent of a nice crispy AG with good amount of bitterness and floral tones with late hopping... Cap Brew notes it is hopped with Chinook Centennial and Amarillo.  Had 3 and coulda had 23 I reckon except for the pricing severity : |

Very nice with tasty dumplings and nice spicy dipping sauce meh ; )

Reckon I might try that hopping combo tho one day...  Cheers All!

Went to Range Brewing after work last night and they had a nitro breakfast stout on tap so I had to give it a go.

Don't usually have mine for Breakfast but maybe after midnight such a brew might be classified as brekki?

With apologies to @PaddyBrew2 Paddy who knows how to pour a lovely Stout and to the Bishop for his Collar !?! ; )

That looks Champion brother!

The other thing I couldn't believe last night was the blow off hose coming out of one of the fermenters into a 20l bucket of water. The thing was literally like it was on the boil - no idea what was fermenting in there but it sure was active! This was coming out of what looked like a 2 inch ID hose too!

Epic Brewing - Thunder APA

Strong boiled lolly aroma.  How else would I describe this.  Sweet, caramelly?

Bold bitterness.  Similar sweet flavour.  Would this be from a good concentration of Crystal Malt?

Not sure I could drink lots of these.  It tastes quite rich.

I bit the bullet, the hefty price tag, & bought one of these...

If you love American styled IPA's, & money is no object in buying or brewing one, you'd make & drink something very close to this all the time for the style.

My wallet is still in shock, my pallet won't forget it anytime soon. A beast of a beer, & ridiculously good (IMHO)!

Lusty.

Nice looking beers.

I remember copping some stick for my supposed inability to focus a camera after consuming a few ales recently.

Your turn. 🤣

What did you think of the Brendale beers? Quite local for me, and I definitely rate both of those!

Newstead Brewing Co - Liquidamber Red Ale

Caramel aroma

Pleasant bitterness.  Malty flavour.  Checked their website and it says marmalade and spice.  I get that too.

Nice one.

Belgian Chocolate Stout sample in the background.  Kegged it tonight.

Might have to sneak over and try that if we don’t all get locked down again as a result of those two douchebags.
