Classic Brewing Co
Sneaky taste of my Pale Ale - only 4 days in the keg, not bad but it will improve. This was late hopped with 50gms of POR but I think it needs more, maybe it will develop in coming weeks.

kmar92
This was a quick partial, a keg filler that was brewed awhile ago. A lager fermented with W34/70. It has been in the keg for 20 days, still hasn't cleared up completely but is better than it appears in the photo. Hopped with Hallertaur M/F and Saaz. I wouldn't claim that it was the best beer that I have ever brewed but it will do fine as a summer sipper, it may still improve with a bit more keg conditioning. I made 27 litres of the Coopers Original Pale Ale with under $20 of ingredients. Yes, I know there was my time, the electricity and the water. But still much cheaper than any FWK. Attention @Classic Brewing Co. 2

OK I definitely get your point Shamus, logically & cost wise it would be far better to make a few AG brews instead, I reckon I probably would get 3 for the same money. It's time to take the dust cover off Mr. Brew Zilla & get cracking, I was holding back due to my shoulder issue (lifting the malt pipe) but I think I can overcome that.
