Beige dinner tonight… chicken Xacuti, dahl, and Malay prawn (supposed to be red but nearly black from the dark soy sauce). And a shop-bought samosa. Did your trick on the prawns @Mickep, came out a treat! Thanks for that one ! TTROTWO.

Uhtred Of Beddanburg
Air fried eye fillet and chips with pepper gravy while watching TV. A bit over done but so soft and tender anyway. Big gut poking out no shirt in case of spillage Edited February 6, 2023 by Uhtred Of Beddanburg 1

Classic Brewing Co
I had a big lunch yesterday with a few mates, so the evening meal was simple, of couple of Ham Steaks, Coleslaw, Tomato, Cheese, Champignon, Gherkin, Olive & Spanish Onion. Nothing to write home about, but it was fine.

If I had Pineapple Rings, Banana's I could have gone whole hog retro, Potato & Fritters etc but I just used what I had on hand. 1

Chuck it in the air fryer like u would chips or mini roast comes out nice. It still sort of siers the outside because of contact with plate on bottom just turn half way. I have done it with t-bone and all. good for walking away and coming back compared to pan fry.
