Oh, and I have the proper spout for stout, and tried doing the two-stage pour like the Paddies do…

revenge for Oliver Cromwell probably…

Look's good Stquinta, I would be happy with that, I too have the Stout spout but the jury is still out on the Nitro set-up, I will probably just stick to that for now.

BTW, I remember you were given some sort of Guinness deco a while back, was it a light or something ?

Cloudy Pils 6.2 Yummm 🥳

Pilly - Cara - HT

Only been using Wy Cara more recently and it is a good addition to the Mountain Brewery Malts 🙂

And cloudy but not raining haha!  Whether it will have enough time to clear up who knows : )

Only kegged three days ago after a pretty shorter than usual turnaround ferment 👍

Good memory Phil 👍

I’ve not got around to setting it up yet. It’s a lovely bit of kit but I’m not sure how practical it will be. I’ll probably just fix it to a table and wire it up for decoration

Digging deep into the back of my dungeon I found to my surprise one more bottle of Maple Mountain Brown Ale. Unfortunately that’s all I could salvage with the rest shooting out and going down the sink. It is still nice so, Very sweet and maple and alcoholic. It would go nicely over a pancake flambé

Hey IP, I always thought an empty glass was a sad thing but that looks pretty good - now get some beer in it !!

I decided to pour a jug from the Country Brewer German Kolsch keg thinking it was nearly empty - I was pleasantly surprised !!

I will need the keg empty & ready for the Bootmaker Pale Ale in a day or two so I had better keep pouring 🤭

It was pouring a bit frothy a few days ago but seems to have settled. Not a bad drop.

Looks nice IP, just the ticket for this X*@!# weather, looks like a nitro hit.

Cheers mate it is a reasonable drop but I am missing having a "straight" Pint (Glass) as I broke all mine and straights do not seem to be currently available in my specialist glass providers.... Vinnies ; )

Guess they are having trouble sourcing them these days... must be a supply-chain issue? 😆

I have got so many glasses in all shapes & sizes which is a good thing & I find them too easy to source however that is just the difference in our chosen places of abode, pop over one arvo for a beer mate & I will sling you a few 🤭

Now for a AUS PALE ALE, I need this keg emptied too for the BREW A IPA - I am in a dilemma, too much beer in the kegs, I had better enjoy it a bit faster !! 🤣
