Classic Brewing Co
Tonight a Madras Beef Curry, full on spicy, intense flavours as it should be, I used a spoon to eat as it was in the slow cooker all day. I saved my neighbour a serve as his wife doesn't like spice.

But I seriously need to cool my tongue down with something. It was awesome. 2

My boy always seems to visit when his mum has made her signature schnitzels or I've done a batch of sausage rolls or vanilla slice but as parents I'm sure none of us mind if it keeps them coming through our door. 3
