Tonight a Madras Beef Curry,  full on spicy, intense flavours as it should be, I used a spoon to eat as it was in the slow cooker all day.

I saved my neighbour a serve as his wife doesn't like spice.

If I was to be critical - the basil garnish is well out of place mate, drops the 10/10 to a 9.5.

Just prepping a Thai Green Chicken Curry for tonight's dinner.

It will be a lot greener when I have finished, house smells great.

Unfortunately I wa summoned for a drink accross the road & the Thai Curry ended up with noodles & celery leaves for a garnish.

But I seriously need to cool my tongue down with something.

It was awesome.

Beef Stroganoff tonight. Got some fillet tips cheap(ish) the other day, a little goes a long way. Well, that’s not quite true, my lad turned up from a football match and hoovered up the rest

I think sons have a sixth sense when there's food about. My boy always seems to visit when his mum has made her signature schnitzels or I've done a batch of sausage rolls or vanilla slice but as parents I'm sure none of us mind if it keeps them coming through our door.
