Worked away a lot and probably did only 6 AGs and a few FWKs.

So more than half of that volume goes to others. 1

Beerdo
44 kit brews - 1000 litres (approx) 12 Pale Ale 19 Lagers but many of those were fake lagers because they were made with ale yeast 5 Draught 2 Dark Ale 3 Stout 2 Sparkling Ale 1 Real Ale ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Additionally I made 3 x 16l Ciders made from supermarket apple juice. Each one was progressively better than the previous one but still not great. For the past few months I've only been making Pale Ales because of their consistency and quality. This is a trend I think I'll continue because they always turn out well but I'll also make a handful of Stouts for the colder months. I've spent a few years pimping brews with extra hops and other additions with varied success but I'm tiring of making less than good beers. It's always nice to pour a beer that's consistently good and family and friends will drink them rather than the commercial beers I also offer them.

Yeah, I find all of the 'fancy' beers I have produced, Extract & AG, the most popular with most of my friends & neighbours has always been Pale Ale, Draught & of course Darks & Stouts are popular but without a doubt Pale Ale is the most sought. The fancy beers I meant were IPA/XPA. Kolsch, Pilsner etc don't seem to be liked, although one guy across the road loves craft beer.

Not only are you a great bloke but you've made exactly the same brews as I did in the past year. >Insert Twilight Zone music< 1 5 1
Beerdo
@RDT2 @Red devil 44 @Hilltop hops @John304 and anyone else requiring a simple way to keep notes, I use a free app on my phone called Brewtracker. It has ads but they don't get in the way. I've been using it for almost 4 years and I'm still using the same phone and my bank account hasn't been wiped clean by hackers (yet) if you're worried about phone security. It's simple to use and I find it less work than using a notebook. There are other apps out there that do similar tasks but I haven't tried them. @Malter White fully endorses it too. 6

Kegory
How soon we forget. In my list of breweries visited I forgot about Future Mountain which I visited twice. I just drove past their former site. Looks like a new brewery is up and running there now. I'll have to call in and check it out.
