Classic Brewing Co
Tonight, a health meal of sorts, Spicy Lentil & Bean Soup with vegetables. I used a pkt of French Onion Soup as a base & added a mirepoix of vegetables, cumin, chili flakes & other spices, pepper, salt & I used a few chicken sausages for the protein. Just softening the vegetables & then the stock was added. It smells great & I snuck a taste, this will be great for tonight.

Pale Man
My lovely wife made Cheese Cake from scratch with our citrus fruit and Philedelphia Cheese. I can't explain how delicious it is. FoodGasm. She left nothing behind with this.

I’ve seem some of those phone boxes in Ireland but they paint them green. The steak went down a treat, a lovely piece of meat The wine wasn’t bad either…

Pale Man
My Daughter and her partner had a feed in a German Pub in Hahndorf. She said it was divine. The Wheat Beer on tap I've never heard of but she loved that too.

The Wheat Beer on tap I've never heard of but she loved that too. The food looks tasty. As for the beer, looks like a Maisel's Kristall in the background and a Hefe at the front. Maisel's is one of the largest wheat beer brewers in Germany. It is like a Schöfferhofer, which is fine if there is nothing else to drink The biggest problem with Maisel's is that it comes from Bayreuth, which is in Upper Franconia, so not the real Bavaria. Upper and Lower Bavarians do not think Franconia is proper Bavaria and the Franconians don't really want to be Bavarian They even speak a different dialect to the aforementioned, who speak Austro-Bavarian. 3
