Classic Brewing Co
Roast Pork 2 kg, too big for one, I cut it in halves & froze one. Now in the oven, early stages of crackling action, kitchen smells awesome.
Classic Brewing Co
As usual I have over eaten, but, hey it tastes so good. BTW, I didn't eat all of the vegetables or the meat.

Tricky Micky
Now, this doesn't happen too often. Ate at a fancy restaurant in Geelong, Victoria, for my stepdaughter's graduation. It tasted as good as it looks.

I agree, I have a Chargriller Kamodo Smoker that would have done a great job with charcoal but it was too cold outside last night.

I do use hocks but this was 500gm of smoked bacon bones, you end up with less meat content but the flavour is awesome. At times I use both.

Classic Brewing Co
Stir-fry action at Phil's Bar & Grill, chicken, mixed veg, chili, ginger, garlic & a honey/garlic/sesame sauce. Tasted awesome, I was going to add noodles or rice, but why, I had a few wines instead.
