Just asked my friend Dr. Google. The regions are Highland, Lowland, Campbeltown, Islay and Speyside.

Just had a look at this myself and it seems I favour scotch from speyside. I couldn't find info on where dimple blends come from but my other preferred brands are all speyside.

Just found that Dimple is blends from Lowland region. I also find Jamesons Irish whisky very smooth and easy to drink. That can be a problem if have too much because easy to drink.

It goes down like water at Phil's Bar & Grill, come to think of it, so does the beer. 😬

This might be useful to know if you are trying to brew a Hamburger Beer.

I remember listening to a podcast where they were discussing a similar brew (Hamburger Beer) and it was not so much about the beef as the herbs and spices we know in a burger.

My Sour Pickle Beer was similar: It did not have any pickles in it, just the pickle spices.

My memory isn't what it used to be anymore. I remember my primary school layout and which classes were in which classroom but ask me what I had for dinner the day before yesterday

I get that.  Especially on brew day.  I will be downstairs and think: I need to get "X" from the upstairs cupboard.  I will climb the stairs and get to the cupboard and go: Now what was it I came up here for?  Sometimes I have to go back downstairs to where I was, before I can remember. 🤪

Well, with some smoked malt, pickle spices and a bit of autolysis you are almost there. Just need to figure out how to get the cheese flavour and maybe a little onion. The bready part shouldn't be too hard.

Yep, Jameson is a very nice Whiskey, especially the editions matured in beer barrels. In general, I prefer Irish Whiskey over Scotch and Bourbon.

Oops, I told the lady in the shop this was a lager (she saw what I was buying and decided on the spot that she should get something for her son who turns 18 this October). It isn't but at least the others were.

My Maltnhops order just got delivered. Looking forward to trying some of these over the next few days.

Lemon Myrtle Sour, peanut butter and jelly stout, chocolate porter, cold ipa, ipa, neipa, red ale, lager.

Will report back as I get through them.

I'm not big on descriptions, but these 3 are well brewed beers, I honestly don't have a negative word about them, if anything, I'd say the NEIPA is my least favourite out of them as I don't think the hops seem to all work together as good as the other 2.
