Henry's Cat
I had a bash at a Pirate Life inspired extract brew and just tried the results after 4 weeks in the bottle - results are PBG ! dg751525229514
I've had a go at this in the craft fermenter (9L batch) with the following: NW pale ale tin 1 x Mr Beer Golden LME 10g each of Mosaic and Cascade as a hop tea Coopers Kit yeast Day 4 - 20g each of Mosaic and Cascade dry hopped for another 8 days. Bottled a week ago, couldn't help myself but have a sneak taste last night! The results are super fruity, lacking a bit of bitterness (think I'd do maybe a 10 minute boil of the Golden LME with the hops next time). Overall I'm really happy with it, it's super drinkable, colour is great, 9L won't be enough!

King Ruddager
200g pale malt grain Why the pale malt grain? Did you attempt a mash? Someone may correct me on this, but I don't think it will add anything being a base malt.

Henry's Cat
How did this turn out? Thanks very tasty ! A bit "in your face" to be a session drink with all those hops but a real treat for an occasional glass.
