@Beerlust

it will for sure. I’ll also be doing a rosella saison this year as I believe the two flavours are a match made in heaven.

I would certainly be very interested in anything you do along the same lines as Ben10 did with this beer. After seeing it firsthand & sampling it, I feel it has incredible scope for experimenting with, & a possible real future as a new beer commercially.

...ill be sending Ben a few Saison’s this year to make up for my misdemeanour of the Brut IPA.

If using the Rosella flowers in this style of beer we should all pay homage to the original "Godfather" of it I reckon.

If I ever get around to making one like Benny's recipe, I'll definitely be sending him up a sample to appraise. ?

Cheers,

Lusty.

I tried a commercial one at that beer fest thing on Saturday, wasn't bad but I won't be in a rush to brew one. Not enough malt presence for me.

Yeah fair enough. Too much effort for the results really. Just like a lager ha ha ha

Forkin hell Ben. That’s a big Brut.

50g each of Nelson and Vic. Secret dry hopped.

Nice dry hop there. Especially at that gravity.
