The lines Paley are crucial, I am now officially a beer snob when at the pub these days.😆 I actually now ask when the lines were last cleaned. 🤣 A pub in Yea Victoria who shall remain nameless served Carlton draught from really dirt lines -had one sip and left. It tasted atrocious. Moved to the pub up the road in the same town who served Carlton and cleaned their lines every couple of weeks. The difference was incredible.

I agree Tricky Mick, it makes a hell of a difference.

This reminds me of a story a mate told me. I'm sorry the details are vague because it isn't my story.
He was a rep for CUB. A pub he called on changed ownership. The new owners called CUB for advice on cleaning beer lines and then duly cleaned them. Customers started going elsewhere to drink because the beer wasn't as good as it was with the old owners. It turns out the old owners never cleaned the lines.

Nice one, is it Ozzy made or the original from 🇧🇪 Belgium?

I am pretty sure most of what we can buy in Australia is brewed under licence here now.  Very hard to get the imported version.  I think it mostly comes in cans, which would keep the light out, and make for a fresher beer.

Nah, Steve’s Cool Booze in Maroubra is importing beers from Europe, Japan ….. When he originally opened it was right opposite Dan Murphy, so he had to specialise on something, in his case imported beers. He has the most amazing German beers, English beers Porters and Stouts,  a huge variety of Belgium beers and Stella Artois from Belgium which I bought allready, it’s delicious it’s very different, beautiful aroma of caramelised pineapple and higher alcohol, beer from Poland ,Heineken from Holland ,Corona from Mexico , Peronist and others from Italy , Check beer and so on ,check his website, I suspect that you might find something you like

Been many many years since I had a cold one in the Augusta Hotel. - Beautiful scenery here overlooking the mouth of the Blackwood River entering the Southern Ocean. 😍
My gorgeous wife and I dropped in today for lunch, as my birthday treat today; and what a surprise ! - pints of deliciously cold Coopers Pale Ale for $10 - I had two to be sure 😉😂🤣😂🤣

And so it’s a Happy Birthday to me 🥳 🍺🍺🍺🍺 WOOHOO AND YIPPEE 🥳 😂🤣😂
