I also think from memory (OG-FG = ABV) ?? And X

Your FG will depend on the type of yeast used to a certain extent of course (attenuation). I know Brewfather calculates FG but you may need to add in a dummy recipe, which probably isn’t too hard. What style of beer is it? We can probably guess close to a grain bill for the purposes of entering a dummy recipe and calculating FG…

The yeast I'm using is considered high say around 75% attenuation - I'm having trouble with the calculators because I've really only done K&K's with partials and bits and bobs so I haven't a clue even for putting in a dummy recipe in an AG calculator. So simply put the Est OG/SG will be 1.058 and I'm using a yeast which has 75% attenuation. It's a lager - Aussie lager to be precise. Using S23 yeast (75% attenuation) it comes out at 1.013 FG. That’s at 12 degrees C. Of course there will be unknown variables like mash temp but that should give you an idea anyway…

Est ABV = (1.053-1.013) x 131.25 = 5.25% If bottling add a bit more ABV

For what it's worth Mick I have used Nottingham a few times, it is a great yeast. Last time was in an American Pale Ale.
