worry wort Posted December 2, 2019 Share Posted December 2, 2019 (edited) bugger bum poop. doing a roger roger ale, it already has cascade and ekg in it, and about to dry hop the chinook only to find i picked up challenger instead. I've check the hops substitution chart and don't have any of the recommended chinook substitute hops, naturally. As the only hop pellet selling shop in 55k away and I can't get there till Friday, which is my better option of the following: a. add more cascade in lieu of chinook, b. use one of the following: Amarillo, Challenger, Citra, Centennial, Galaxy, Mosaic, Motueka; or c. not worry about dry hopping?
