Nice one Jenny, pizza is so versatile in the variety of ingredients that can be added, I particularly like anchovies, chili, capsicum & red onion/spring onion for some crunch - even some pineapple. Classic Brewing Co Posted 16 hours ago Author Share Posted 16 hours ago (edited) I have a 1.4kg boned out Lamb Leg marinating in a click lock bag with Olive Oil, Rosemary, Garlic, Pepper, Salt & Cajun Spices, this will go in the Acorn Char Griller/Smoker later this afternoon.
