The dough turned out bloody perfect. Not too thick and held together beautifully. Nice chew to it. My lovely wife made a pineapple version. I'm one of those that can't pineapple on pizza. Too sweet. She's happy though. Photo quality is not good sorry.

A lot of ingredients in these bad boys, be good with Chips & Salad & a few Sauvignon Blanc's.

Nice one Jenny, pizza is so versatile in the variety of ingredients that can be added, I particularly like anchovies, chili, capsicum & red onion/spring onion for some crunch - even some pineapple. 🍕

A beer or a wine compliment the pizza IMO.
