Belgian Dubbel

I bought a few packs of MJ M31 Belgian Tripel yeast. Not sure why but it sounded like a good idea at the time  

Now I am facing the dilemma of what to brew with them. I'm thinking about some Dubbel as Tripel might be too strong and I'd hate to make a strong beer tasting of alcohol. 

Does anybody have a straight forward AG recipe for such a brew? Preferably darkish but a Blonde would also be good.

Yeah I brewed the Abbey Blonde recipe from the recipe section here and it turned out to be a brunette

Why not a Duvel clone? easy and delicious.
