Latest Raspberry Beer

Well done this many times but this is very balanced  lots of raspberry  so easy to drink and nice and dry

6kg light lager

 

.5kg carafoam 

 

.7kg corn sugar/ dextrose

 

13g simcoe fwh

 

2kg frozen raspberry's after primary fermenting  at about 1015   OG was 1060

 

24L in the fermenter  nice and balanced and dry

plenty of it  i do fruit beers heaps . The trick is add it after the fermenting is 75/80% done  i do it with passion fuit raspberry mainly but have done it with cranberry as well cheers

 Oh it is clearer then it looks as well was very cold

Well I can see that working, I reckon you would have a nice sweet/sour flavour, looks nice.

I dont worry about clarity mate its all about the taste 🍻

Clarity isnt a big thing with me but this is very clear i agree its about taste sweet and sour that it is  i have tried it with mega oats wheat  and pilsner combos  but the light lager lets the fruit shine i think . I will use the grain bill for all my fruit beers i think . Till i find something better lol this is one i did with oats 2 yrs back

If you squint you could mistake it for a Whisky Sour - minus the salt & lemon.

looks the goods and yes i also put them either in Maslin clothe or hop cylinders
