Hey Phil, I reckon you would be fine with that. I have the craft fermenter as well and I once brewed an 11L batch of porter in it with no problems.

Excellent, I reckon I will give it a go as the recipe looks nice. It's good to have a bit of variety in your beers.

Looks like a good recipe to me, I'll be interested to hear how it tastes.

just cracked the first of this GB batch and it tastes good. I think I'll go and get some commercial ones and compare with a crew to see if there's anything I could do different next time.. even got light headed.
