First time using this brew Hmm. Might have stalled. Try giving the fermenter a bit of a swirl. First time using this brew Have you checked your hydrometer for accuracy and make sure you give your hydrometer a twirl a few times in the test tube as being a wheat beer it might have alot of co2 bubbles in the beer/wort which will hold the hydrometer up giving a higher reading.
