Has any one done this recipe from the ROTM , if so what did it turn out like, and was it worth doing

It would definitely be worth doing mate as all of the Coopers packs get very close to the original recipe, I have done a similar one called AUS IPA some time ago except I sourced all of the ingredients locally, it was June 2021 - if you look in @Shamus O'Sean Albums you will find it in there.

It was a great beer & the XPA would be good too.

Absolutely worth doing David.  I made something very close to it back in January 2020.  I scored it a 9/10.  I changed the recipe because of what I had in stock at the time.  I used a 1.7kg Coopers Mexican Cerveza kit and a 1.7kg Black Rock Ultra Light Malt unhopped extract can.  Otherwise I did the recipe the same.

My recipe.

My tasting notes.

I have brewed that ROTM and it is great. I have also tried to replicate it a couple of times via AG - doesn't disappoint. The lemondrop and simcoe blend of hops is great.
