Thanks all Hi Slopster, here are two options: Macho Macchiato Stout White With One Dark Ale Click on the recipe name in red to see the recipe in detail. Otherwise you could download the Coopers Recipe Spreadsheet and search for the word lactose for other recipes with lactose in them.

But was very disappointed. Have since done 2 with 50ml of chocolate essence have been ok. I always add about 500g of LDME or DDME also. Usually I just do a coffee. 2 cups black plunger coffee + 500g LDME

Brauhaus Fritz
I did a Morgan' s double chocolate stout last year. Took a while to condition but when it was ready it was like a chocolate milkshake. no lactose so
BreweyMcHops
Sorry this is 3 years late. There is some bad advice here. 1 coopers stout 1 coopers dark ale ( optional but cranks it right up) 1 be3 500g chocolate malt 250g cocoa 500g lactose 50g nice coffee beans The cocoa ( yes the full pack) you boil about 10 mins then steep another 20 with the chocolate malt. Then make as extract beer Good for what ails ya!
