So why is it that apple users can get the coopers app, and android not.

Actually the Coopers DIY Beer app was retired a few years ago @Ol fart, so don't feel left out as it is not available for either Apple or android users.

It looks like it was released in 2014 for iphone & discontinued later, apparently there was never an android version.
