One Teaspoon is one Carbonation drop?

I have found that 2 drops per 740ml PET bottles generally doesn't provide enough carbonation for my taste, although there have been a couple of brews that had to be opened over a  sink, if you get my drift!

How long do they sit before you drink them I give them 4 weeks is that enough and some hold the head and most don’t why help please

4 weeks is plenty, mine are lucky to get 2 weeks! Not sure why it varies so much.

2-3 weeks is plenty. Darker beers are better left longer. Head retention depends on ingredients, if you only use BE1 or 2, you're not going to get much in that dept. All malt and a bit of wheat malt with pale ales helps.
