Otto Von Blotto
European lager would probably be the best bet. Maybe with a kilo of be3. It's been ages since I drank Heineken, and I've never had the Dutch brewed one.
Hairy
I’d go something like this (which is the same a Kelsey’s idea): https://www.diybeer.com/au/recipe/green-neck-lager.html
Marty_G
I recently did European lager with 1kg LDM and temp controlled to 12degree ferment ... the 3 month wait to drink is worth it still has 3 weeks to go before ready but had a sly stubby yesterday and it sure is good ... I think the LDM gives it a bit more depth of flavour ... but must be brewed at 10 to 12 degrees ...
Beerlust
I've brewed the European lager kit too myself & it makes a terrific Heineken-style lager beer. I was very impressed actually. Cheers, Lusty.
