okie1
Don't know if this is something that is done in your part of the world but where I live it is very common as the summers are very hot in Oklahoma. With a very large glass of your favorite store bought beer add 25% tomato juice, stir and enjoy, may sound strange but it hits the spot on a hot day. One thing is to drink it while quite cold. Hairy
I can't say that I have ever encountered that concoction before; it sounds interesting though. I presume the store bought beer is an American Lager. BTW, OKC need some better bench players. They went close though.
antiphile
Not ever having tried it, it certainly sounds... er ... um ... aaah ... interesting. I know vodka and tomato juice is a Bloody Mary. What do you call beer and tomato juice? Bloody hell?

The Brew Master
........... I tried this back in the late 70s, it is a very refreshing drink if my memory serves me correctly. We used to drink this when working in the hospitality industry. A good dash of tomato juice then top up with draught beer from the tap. Cheers, Peter "Don't waste time, keep drinking". okie1
We call it Red Beer, if you like tomato juice you like beer, give it a go, start with 10-15% juice & have everything cold. Let me know, by the way do it with a rather simple beer.
