The Big Taste

Recommended Posts

Yea Bill' date=' just brewed No 69 today (what a good number) a lot of those have gone but a lot still remain. the reason I have brewed so many in a hurry is so i can get a lot of them older. Had one last night a Sparkling Ale 11.5 month old, wonderful, but alas it was the last one left.[pinched']

Thats why i put 2 away from every batch, so i can taste what they are a really like with a bit of maturity [joyful]

No Muddy I removed the sharpness with Malt.[roll]

Echidna is Neils recipe called Nentrillo or sumptin cant spel it so I renamed it "Echidna", can spell that[innocent]

Hey Warren

Its good to see that your beers received some good feedback, but it's no good that I don't know the recipes. I couldn't find this spiny anteater recipe anywhere, and all I could do was agree with Muddy that it sounds a bit sharp. [rightful]
