TonyW
Yea Bill' date=' just brewed No 69 today (what a good number) a lot of those have gone but a lot still remain. the reason I have brewed so many in a hurry is so i can get a lot of them older. Had one last night a Sparkling Ale 11.5 month old, wonderful, but alas it was the last one left.[pinched'] Thats why i put 2 away from every batch, so i can taste what they are a really like with a bit of maturity [joyful]

I couldn't find this spiny anteater recipe anywhere, and all I could do was agree with Muddy that it sounds a bit sharp. [rightful]
Hairy
Eddie, it appears that the Echidna beer is Neill's Centenarillo Ale. You will find it on several threads in here and is a very nice beer. Warren renamed it "Echidna" to avoid paying royalties to Neill. [rightful]
