I also like to ferment them slightly cooler to start with say 17 C then sneak it up to 22 C, over 7 days. The target for an AG recipe would be as per the Coopers web site showing the specs for the commercial version. It uses PoR hops for bittering and Saaz hops for aroma. For best results you would have to use CCA yeast so you would need to know how to harvest and propagate enough from say 6 - 8 stubbies of Coopers Mild Ale or Coopers Original Pale Ale. Targets: ABV = 3.5% EBC = 8 IBU = 23. If I get time over next couple of days to go back though my brew notes and may be able to post up an AG recipe for you. Punch numbers into Brewfather or your choice of software. IBU's 23, EBC 8, and 3.5 ABV. So I had a crack with Brewfather. I didnt know Saaz was used for flavour, I'll add some out of interest. I came up with the below attachment. Of course all systems are different, you'd have to make adjustments. Also I used two packs of Coopers Dry Yeast, for the genuine thing I'd capture yeast from a six pack of Coopers Mild Ale stubbies. I might even give this a crack myself
