You have me wondering which one it is but $170,000 plus SAV could turn out quite expensive however for the right person it could be a winner - won't be me either!!

I reckon it's Gulf Brewery.  Brewery is in Adelaide's southern suburbs, shop front in Hahndorf (Adelaide hills) which fits the description in the ad.
I'm not an expert in business but if it was me trying my hand at something like this I'd certainly try to obtain the shop front premises and see if it was big enough to brew from. For those who don't know Hahndorf, it has an iconic main street with oodles of tourist foot traffic.
Apart from not being skilled enough to make decent beer I don't think I'd have the confidence to run an off-premise brewery and deal with the logistics of shipping it to Hahndorf. I'd be more inclined to start small and try building the business organically rather than taking the risk of buying big.

You could be right MW, in fact for the right person this would be a winner, the owner established it 14 years ago but I couldn't see him wanting to give up the bar space to brew.

I thought it was Pike's Brewery at Oakbank but apparently that was sold earlier.

 As you say there is plenty of foot traffic as well as many other reasons to go there, it's pretty good beer too.

Go on buy it, you know you want it.
