Stobz Perth
Hi , would like some clarification brewing sparkling ale. I looked up a recipe online but said 3 X 500g malt. Does that mean 1500 grams of malt ? + 1 kg dextrose ? Any other tips would be greatly appreciated thanks guys. Sister's ale or real ale wort ? stobz Edited September 4, 2022 by Stobz Perth

Sister's ale or real ale wort ? stobz Hey Stobz and welcome to the forum. Yes it does mean 1500 grams of Light Dry Malt. The Sparkling Ale recipe says 300 grams of Dextrose or White Sugar. Go with that weight, not 1 kg.
