What recipe did you use? Detail your fermenting process: What temperatures and for how long? What fining did you use and how? What Specific Gravity did you start and finish at? (Final gravity - the measure of Specific Gravity reached when all fermentable sugars have been converted to alcohol) 2. What finings did you use? And how did you use them? 3. pci = psi? If so, chances are you have overcarbed the beer. 4. As above, a pic would help so we can see what you have. 5. Also as above, what did you put in there? 6. How did you carb the beer?
