Pints
Anyone tried this one ? Or have any comments? I'm quite keen, maybe do a dry hop too https://us.diybeer.com/strong-ale-2-21-litres Why does it recommend so much yeast? I was thinking the 2 kit yeasts should surely be fine? Two kit yeasts would be enough for sure.
Breaktrainjack
Leaves less residual sugars = more ABV hence Strong Ale .. this why the yeast debate is a personal prefrence at times Edited July 12, 2021 by Breaktrainjack

If you were to put some Dry Enzyme plus the two yeasts in the brew you could probably expect to get an ABV of 6 plus around 3 for the enzyme plus .5 for the priming sugar. I am only going on the 3 from when I recently did some Lagers
