worry wort
about to put down my first cooper commercial yeast brew, a sparkling ale. It calls for 1.5kg of light dry malt with a final abv of 5.8% and ibu of 40. What would be the consequence of only putting in 1kg of ldm? cheers WorryWort
Lab Cat
A drop in ABV of about 1% and a less malty beer?
Beerlust
Because of the lower malt content, the bitterness of the beer will be more noticeable too. Cheers, Lusty.
