Mark D Pirate Posted January 23, 2016 Share Posted January 23, 2016 hi guys , was at my LHBS and couldn't resist a can of muntons blonde at half price (close to best before) i have plenty of bigger , very tasty beers in the cupboard waiting to drink so want something a little lighter , cleaner and quaffable for my megaswill mates to be able to drive home after lagers and pils are out until i get around to buying a brew fridge was thinking about 1.5 kg muntons blonde can 400 g BE2 400g LDM 250 g cracked pale ale grain steeped for 60 mins , boiled for 30 10 g each amarillo / citra at flame out BRY-97 rehydrated brewed to 23 L @ 19-21 C hop tea of same at day 12 finings at day 12 any suggestions or changes ? beer will be kegged in the dinky little 5 L kegs i have and surplus in bottles thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
