BrewingBenny
I have seen reference to a Churchill IPA, has anyone ever seen this and if there is an easy recipe using a Kit that as a newb I could attempt.[biggrin]
PhilboBaggins
I don't know benny, but I tell you what, the coopers ipa will blow your socks off more than any off the shelf deal. If you can get to a home brew store that stocks it, buy a can, add 1kg dme, 250g crystal, 50g of your favourite hops and your taste buds will be freaking beyond belief. Trust me. Before formulating your own, try the coopers!

I just googled churchill ipa clone and was not surprised to find no result. Take Philbo's advice and make the coopers IPA kit
Canadian Eh!L
+1 for the TC IPA. Just follow the kit ingredients with a dry hop (hops of your choice) of 25-50g. Voila![cool]

Muddy Waters
Benny - I reckon use the mighty Motueka hop as per PB2's Legendary "Motueka Slam IPA". Guaranteed to satisfy!
