gadjitsteve
Warren, the 200gram DEX from your recipe is for bulk prime? Also what's Crystal? Crystal grain of some sort I'm guessing. Ill be trying this one soon as a mate has gifted my two cans of Lager. Might gift him back some of his own beer [biggrin] Cheers Steve
Muddy Waters
No the dex is to be added when mixing - You then need to prime using you preferred method. Here is an example of Crystal Malt - Yes it is a grain.
Hairy
Warren, maybe I'm just a lazy reader but is there any chance you layout your recipes so they are easier to read. We young kids today want everything laid out for us; we don't want to have to do any work. Perhaps one ingredient/item per line to save any confusion. And it would also save Muddy from making a 23 litre starter [biggrin]

Hairy
Thanks Warren. Looking much better. Now I just need to you work on your formatting and perhaps some lower case letters and we should be good. Its a good start though. weggl
Hairy, when you go out with a young Lady do you expect her to do everything in THE RIGHT ORDer? I am one of the most unordered people on the planet. Therefore I aint got no worrieS.But a lot of stuff-ups![crying] THe Pet
Hairy
If I was lucky enough to go out with a young lady then she could do what she wanted (which would probably be not to go out with me). Although I would insist that she posted appropriately on the Coopers Forum. [rightful]

gadjitsteve
Cool thanks for clearing it up guys. When I saw 200g Dex after the dry hops at 3 days I assumed its was in some sort of order. Im doing my last few kits over then next month, 2 lagers off my mate and 2 pales with some added hops, then im into the Extract brewing and hopefully BIAB next year.[devil] Ill do this recipe soon and let you know how it turns out. All the Lager kits ive done have been average at best. The pale with the extrs hops was the bomb and its not even two weeks yet. Even my mate was doing cartwheels over it.[biggrin] Cheers Steve
